Wangchang Food is a leader in macadamia nut processing, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities that include three dehusking lines, four washing lines, three shelling lines, and eight roasting lines. This advanced setup allows us to process an impressive 200 tons of nuts per day during the peak season.
Quality assurance is at the heart of our operations. Our dedicated laboratory conducts thorough monitoring of the nuts’ physiological and biochemical indexes, while our meticulous quality control team ensures that moisture levels and nut sizes meet stringent standards. We place particular emphasis on maintaining optimal peroxide and acid values, key indicators of freshness and quality.
With 5000 square meters of cold storage, we can store up to 2000 tons of raw material, ensuring that all nuts remain fresh by keeping them at temperatures below 5 degrees during warm and hot weather. Our roasting workshop operates under aseptic conditions, a feature that few competitors can match.
